2. Bookings & Payments

All bookings are subject to availability.

A deposit may be required to secure your event date. The remaining balance must be paid according to the terms outlined in your agreement.

Failure to complete payment on time may result in cancellation of services.

3. Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to:

  • Provide accurate event details (date, time, location, setup requirements)
  • Ensure safe working conditions for performers and equipment
  • Provide access to power, space, and staging as needed
  • Obtain any necessary permits or permissions for the event

The client is responsible for any damage to equipment caused by guests or unsafe conditions.

4. Cancellations & Changes

Cancellation policies will be outlined in your booking agreement.

Deposits are generally non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

Any changes to event details should be communicated as early as possible. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate changes but cannot guarantee availability.

5. Performance Conditions

Performance times, breaks, and setup requirements will be agreed upon before the event.

We reserve the right to stop or refuse performance if conditions are unsafe, illegal, or abusive.

6. Travel & Additional Fees

Travel fees, accommodation, parking, or special equipment costs may apply depending on the event location and requirements.

Any additional costs will be communicated in advance whenever possible.

7. Website Use

All content on this website — including text, images, videos, logos, and audio — is the property of Apex Music Artistry and may not be copied or used without permission.

You agree not to use this website for unlawful purposes.

8. Limitation of Liability

Apex Music Artistry is not responsible for:

  • Event cancellations due to weather, venue issues, or circumstances beyond our control
  • Indirect or consequential damages
  • Losses caused by third parties

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services.
